No – There is no school uniform for our students. Students may wear normal civilian clothing, with guidelines to appropriate attire stipulated in the Code of Conduct. For formal school outings, students will wear their School Golf shirt.
Some of our extra-mural activities such as Stimuzone, Play Therapy, the school Psychologist and Occupational Therapy, DrumJoy, Hip-Hop and Shibobo Soccer are covered in the school’s fees.
Third party Extra-murals such as STEMNerds, Rugga Roots, Wicket Cricket, Guitar lessons and Shift Netball etc. are not covered by school fees and will be at the expense of the account holder.
Note that additional sessions with the school Psychologist and Play Therapy may be booked with the relevant persons at the expense of the account holder.
Academic and remedial support is offered to Futuresmart students throughout the course of the academic day.
Aftercare is included in the school fees and will be available on Monday to Thursday from 15:00 – 17:00.
There is, however, NO AFTERCARE on Fridays.
Official Tuition starts at 8:00 daily.
School hours are from 08:00 to 15:00 on Monday to Thursday.
Please Note that school closes earlier on Fridays ( at 13:00).
Edusmart Academy will open its doors every Monday to Friday at 07:15 and close the gate at 08:30 for the safety of our staff and learners.
